Premier producer-distributor of Japanese animation seeking rep for major market share home video division. This is not managerial.
You will (75%) directly maintain/build on Nat''l biz w key retail customers. 25% new business.
Commision Structure... Company goal is key... your personal commission structure is tiered and worked out with the COO. There is no individual goal... The group works as a team and are given the mandate to hit a particular Sales Goal number. They have all done VERY well $$$ with this arrangement.
Qual: You currently sell home video or games successfully for at least 3 years. You''ve got great contacts and connections at retail mass merch for at least the past five years. Ideal - relationships with grocery and drug channels as well. You’ve got the numbers to prove it. You must be willing to relocate to Houston TX.
This position is not right for someone who is keyed into getting a big base.. we’re seeking a guy / gal who knows how good they are and has the confidence to hit their goals and make it on the backend.
