Posting Job Description Qualifications: Prefer a college degree or equivalent. Applicants should have a minimum of two years in a Broadcast Operations environment. Experience with Pro-Bel automation, Grass Valley and Pro-Bel switchers, HP and Tektronics file servers, and various tape players and recorders is desirable. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overnights, holidays and weekends. Mandatory overtime may be required. Applicants must be able to lift 25 pounds and be physically flexible. Must have a strong knowledge of computers and business related software, i.e. Windows 95/98. Must be able to maintain attention to detail. Must be flexible and respond well to change.

Duties: The Broadcast Operations Trainee is responsible for the quality delivery of Turner Entertainment Networks on-air product. The Trainee will set up and air scheduled media and ancillary data, manage the media on Pro-Bel automation, dub media, print and convert logs, edit play-lists and other tasks as assigned. A minimum of a four week Broadcast Operations Technical training program is provided for new hires prior to their shift assignment. This position requires shift work. Trainees may be reassigned to any Broadcast Operation Center if and when the need arises.
