About

On February 12, 2009, a young guitarist named Coleman Mellett was on his way to Rochester, NY to perform with Jazz legend Chuck Mangione and the Buffalo Philharmonic. His flight never arrived, crashing into a house five miles from the airport. The film tells his life story- the embodiment of what it means to be an artist, what it means to live, and what it means to love. The film also preserves Coleman's legacy- twelve unfinished songs that were found on his home computer a week after the crash. And in the wake of such terrible tragedy, we reveal the incredible team of veteran producers, engineers and famous musicians who all came together to finish it.

Slated for marketed release with the CD, film festivals and television broadcast. www.yourstoryfilms.com/colemanmellett
