Spirit or Student Scholars Robot Love

About

This was created for a competition by Zooppa.com for the Arizona State University: Spirit of Student Scholar organization.

The story behind this compilation was creating all the images with hand applied watercolors onto linen paper. I then scanned them into the computer and manipulated further in After Effects. I had to use the anchor points and parenting to design a bone structure to allow for my bots to move around the scene.

The story portrays an elderly robot who is passing on his knowledge to the next generation of robots who are eager to learn and uphold the values of their elders.
