About
An overview with Todd Deery, the Communication and Admission Director of Florida Interactive Entertainment Academy (FIEA), on the education that is given at FIEA as well as the three games chosen to be promoted at this years Siggraph. Eclipse, a multiplayer fighting game set in a lush jungle; Shadows of Abigail, a spooky 2-D platformer set in a carnival world, and 9 Lives Til Midnight, a noir-themed adventure game featuring the ability to replay lives simultaneously. These games were created by the students over the last six months usually in teams of fifteen to eighteen. They were chosen from the several that are being created at the school for their originality and the ability to be completed within the six month timeline.
