An interview from the 2015 Band Pro Open House with Photographer Moses Mitchell. Los Angeles-based photographer Moses Mitchell has been shooting stills since he was five years old. Reflected in the quality of his images are the years he has dedicated to cultivating his craft. He uses his trained eye to capture to the hidden beauty within and to draw attention to the contrasting features of his subjects. In this interview we talk with Moses about his background, how he got started and where his career is going.
Moses formerly trained in still photography, videography, and film production. His concern for poverty and education, his interest in universal spiritual principals, and his passion for music have informed both his commercial and documentary projects.
