The National Guard contracted Hooah Production Studios to develop a motion graphics piece that would bring to life the heritage of the Guard throughout our nation’s history. Based on a poem written in the 1960s, “I Am The Guard” takes the viewer from the Guard’s beginning in the Revolutionary War to the present day. The poem was updated to include post-‘60s events, such as the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, Middle Eastern conflicts and Hurricane Katrina.
