Max Miller is a very talented graphic artist who just released his first graphic novel. He used a very successful Kickstarter campaign to raise the funds to produce the first 1000 copies. This is the video we produced for his campaign, which I shot and directed. We shot the interview in Max's studio with two cameras, my Canon 5D and my Sony FS100, and we shot the b-roll at my studio using my FS100, and taking advantage of its high-speed burst mode. All the lighting was done by yours truly. No budget? Just gotta do it yourself! Max was thrilled, and says the video was essential to the success of the campaign!
