About
An interview from the 2015 National Association of Broadcasters Convention in Las Vegas with David Wells of Moving Picture. Since 1987, Moving Picture Electronic Services has been a leader in the rental and support of all types of audio & video production equipment. Whether you are searching for a digital cinema camera rental, lens rental, Avid Media Composer rental, film lighting package, grip truck rental, sound mixer, video assist operator, or camera crew -- Moving Picture is your "One Stop Shop" for all your film and video production needs.
In this interview David talks with us about the ProductionHUB Award of Excellence winning Freefly MIMIC by Freefly Systems. This year camera control technology leaps forward with the MIMIC. With this new, intuitive MoVI Control method, there are no remotes, joysticks, knobs or wheels. Just tilt, pan or roll and the MoVI will follow. All of your camera movements become instant and organic, so that operators can execute complex moving shots with precise framing after just minutes of practice.
