About

According to the US Centers for Disease Control & Prevention…2 million Americans are affected by Autism. 1 in every 68 children & 1 in every 42 boys. Autism is the fastest growing serious developmental disability in America...and no one knows why...

Brick, New Jersey's Anthony Starego is one of those boys - diagnosed with multi-symptom Autism at a very young age, he was labeled by his earliest caregivers as "unadoptable." Ray & Reylene Starego didn't accept this label and took a chance on Anthony.

Inspired by the most dramatic win in Rutgers Football History, Anthony imagined a winning path for himself - to be the starting placekicker for his High School Football team. Against all odds, Anthony worked tirelessly in the pursuit of his dream, climbing and finally reaching the top of the mountain - with a chance to receive a new label - "game-winner."

Anthony's story is one of overcoming adversity, and perseverance in the pursuit of one's dreams. It's an inspiring story not only for the millions whose lives are affected by Autism but anyone that's had a dream that others told them was impossible.

It was a privilege to share Anthony's story and we hope it inspires you as much as it did us...
