About
'Reflejos', a dance for film collaboration, began with the creation of dance phrases emanating from many hours spent exploring the physical reactions to sadness. By continually assessing the movement's true nature and emotion, and after showing it to the cinematographers, they were able to unveil the dancers' feelings of frustration, sadness, and a desire for a Utopian world in the context of a tangible relationship. 'Reflejos' draws on movement and nature metaphors to speak of the ability to get through a life experience through someone else's shared experience, both emotionally and physically.
