Demo in the Park

Short animation showcasing some current work I've done in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, and Sound Design. My last demo was pretty monochrome so for this new demo I wanted to do something really colorful and 3 dimensional. I also wanted to flex my motion graphic muscle and have some fun with mixed media. To achieve this I took some photos around the neighborhood and brushed off the wacom tablet to create the characters in Adobe Illustrator before bringing it all into After Effects and animating them all together. In this, you'll see I've worked on a wide variety of productions including:
- Mobsters, the docu-drama television series for the Biography Channel
- Inside World War II, the 3 hour documentary telling the stories from the soldiers that lived through World War II, for the Nat Geo Channel
- a two minute spot for the Associated Press highlighting events in history on any given day
- a 16-webisode series for Junior Rank's traveling football camp
- numerous commercial spots for political candidates running for public office during the 2010 election cycle
- spec work for Comcast
- also, there are still a few works i'm trying to track down that are represented by the network logos at the end. TLC ('Pawn Queens', 'What the Sell' Assistant Editor), TvOne network ('Find Our Missing' Editor & 'Parole Diaries' Finishing Editor) and History channel ('Great Lake Warriors' Assistant Editor)
