Sichuan Stories

About

Recently I traveled to document work being done in rural Sichuan Province by international NGO Save the Children. I collaborated with a local production team, based in Chengdu, along with STC staff from Beijing. In addition to cultural, linguistic and political challenges, we also had to cover long distances on narrow country roads. In fact, at times there were no roads at all. Plus, we were working under intense deadline pressure. This is a compilation of three shorter videos. There are both English language and Mandarin versions.
