After watching the 911 French film documentary I was driven to write this song honoring the FDNY and all the other heroes who gave their lives so courageously, and for the loved ones they left behind. It speaks to the heroism of those who were lost and to the never ending tragedy of their surviving families.
As is stated in the description of the video, I wrote it especially for those who want to forget.
