Making Moves: Behind the Scenes is a feature length documentary that follows Motion City Soundtrack in the studio as members Justin Pierre, Josh Cain, Matt Taylor, Jesse Johnson, and Tony Thaxton produce and curates a series of 7" single releases for emerging artists, as well as the recording of their own 7". The selected artists include: The Company We Keep (Detroit, MI), Brick + Mortar (Asbury Park, NJ), Goldrush (Richmond, VA), The Skies Revolt (Grand Rapids, MI) and A Great Big Pile of Leaves (Brooklyn, NY). The documentary will trail the process from the beginning, by showing the bands recording and working with members of Motion City Soundtrack in Drexel University's studios, and culminating in a showcase performance. The documentary will be included in the Making Moves box set.
