Joost Bakker believes there is nothing better than productivity, be it in life, in work, or in the urban spaces that lie forgotten and ignored in our cities. This mentality is the driving force behind the Green House Project – Joost’s restaurant series that (rather quietly) explores and demonstrates how we could all live a little more productively.
The film was commissioned by Arup, who have and continue to help Joost realise his vision. Through the production, we tried to offer an insight into what drives him and his team to do what they do and the impact it can have.
