Rachel Kenton of Zacuto discusses the Blackmagic Ultra Lite and Tripod Rig camera accessories introduced at IBC 2012. The Blackmagic Ultra Lite top handle features a fully adjustable handle and pair of Z-rails for easy above-camera mounting. The Blackmagic Tripod Rig is built around the Zacuto Mini Baseplate and includes a Horizontal Zwiss Plate mounted on the back of the rods which provides easy access to the Blackmagic Cinema screen. Together, the Blackmagic Ultra Lite and Blackmagic Tripod Rig allow for a videographer to take advantage of all of the possible features of the new Blackmagic Cinema camera. Robin Peters of Zacuto also discusses the new PlaZma LED light which is engineered to an exact color temperature of either daylight or tungsten and provides a less intrusive, even lighting solution.
