About
While I attended Auburn University, I was an intern for the Southeastern Conference and XOS Digital for the SEC Digital Network. The following piece was filmed, cut, produced, and directed by myself and my fellow Auburn intern. It was filmed in Fall of 2009, shortly after Fall semester.
It is an interview piece with Auburn Student Athlete Jordan Anderson. Anderson was on Auburn's National Championship winning Men's Swim Team. He was also a Rhodes Scholar recipient for excellence in the classroom. We filmed this interview with one camera and a 3 light set-up within the aquatics center, early one morning after swim practice. We put this video together in about 2 days and submitted it back to the SEC. It was shown online on the SEC Digital Network website, and also shown at the SEC's year end banquet. It was also shown on the weekly syndicated SEC sports review show, and later picked up by ESPN where it was shown on ESPN U, who added in the ESPN style graphics, and intro with ESPN reporter.
