Fast Carrier Pictures

About Us

Fast Carrier Pictures, a Los Angeles-based motion picture and television production company, was founded in 1999 by former studio and network marketing executive Steven Jay Rubin. Our credits include the 2002 Showtime baseball comedy, "Bleacher Bums" and the 2002 Hallmark Channel World War II drama, "Silent Night." We are currently developing low budget horror, family and drama titles with an emphasis on one location films (a la "Silent Night" which took place in a Belgian cabin during the height of the Battle of the Bulge.) We prefer fully developed screenplays, no books, treatments or ideas are considered. We stay away from stories about the music business, serial killer films and period films. If you have financing attached or the prospect of financing (because of your rich Uncle Phil who always wanted to support your creative habits) then let us know the score.
