About Us

Doremi Labs Inc. is a leading developer and manufacturer of video disk recorders (VDR) and video servers for the professional video and audio markets. Doremi''s V1 family of VDRs is a market leader with several thousand installations worldwide.
Doremi started business in Los Angeles, California in 1985 with its first product the DAWN workstation for the audio post production market. The workstation performed digital multi-track audio recording and editing on a computer hard drive. DAWN was an instant success, and quickly gained popularity as an affordable and high quality alternative to tape based audio recorders and editors.
