Regent University - School of Cinema - Television

About Us

Since the beginning of time, the light of truth has been preserved and passed from one generation to the next
through the telling of stories encircled around the flickering fire. Today, there is power in the telling of our stories as we gather around the television and the flickering images of the silver screen.

The Department of Cinema-Television Arts is dedicated to graduating trained professionals in film and TV whose skills qualify them to become leaders in the media. It starts with incredible, well-told stories. At Regent, it continues through a program based on a foundation of theory and the practices of pre-production, directing actors, cinematography, creative editing, and audio post-production.
