About Us

Since 1980, Pogo Studio has provided the music and film communities with excellent quality recording of all things audio. Our large and tall wooden rooms house a marvelous collection of musical instruments old and new, a vast array of recording equipment, and hundreds of microphones. We have made more than a thousand records with our API console, Studer tape machines, and mainly vintage/tube equipment. Mark Rubel has produced recordings for RCA, Capitol, Warner Bros., Jive/Zomba, and many many others. He has taught audio at the college level since 1985 and also teaches music business at Millikin University. He is a member of the Grammy Producer''s Committee.
