About Me

I am an assistant editor who has recently moved back to Chicago after working in New York on a number of narrative features and documentaries.

I am Apple-certified in Final Cut Pro and am fluent in AfterEffects and DVDStudioPro. I have experience digitizing and syncing media, coordinating and logging production paperwork and generally keeping the editing room organized . I am also familiar with ProTools and have a talent for sound clean-up.

I am looking for both regular employment and freelance work as an assistant editor. I am a detailed and patient worker who is both flexible with my time and willing to relocate for work.

In addition to my post-production experience, I also have a background in theater production and consider myself familiar and comfortable in high-pressure, creative environments.
