About Me

Erik has worked on many television shows and feature films including NBC''s Las Vegas, Madonna-Truth or Dare, Mighty Joe Young, Speed 2, The Ghost and the Darkness, Desperado, Four Rooms, Bring It On, and Down With Love. Along with working on studio projects, he also lends his editing expertise to directors of independent short films. In 1997, he was awarded an Emmy for editing Joe, a Public Service Video for the American Heart Association. 2003 The Honor System won best short Audience Award. This year Tackle Box has won 6 best short awards. Erik is one of 15 editors who authored the book Transitions - Voices on the Craft of Digital Editing and is currently directing his second time - lapse short film Blink.
