The method of massage work I do is a combination of work specific to what your body needs. I combine the modalities of Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Accupressure, Shiatsu, and Swedish Massage. Because the muscles of our bodies hold stress or have different areas of injury, we don''t require the same type of work all over.
