About Us

David G. Hanrahan, with his brothers James and Thomas, founded Future View Incorporated in 1975 and is its chief executive officer. The Hanrahan brothers had a vision. They foresaw a sea change approaching in communications technology. They realized that video would soon replace film in corporate media production and that large-screen video projection was the new wave of display technology. Most importantly, it was clear to them that capital costs for newly available equipment would rapidly decline as product prices fell. As the company founders expected, new markets opened for innovative video-production services. Starting with a single $2,500 video projection system, Future View grew into a thriving corporation the leading audio-visual rental-staging company in the Washington DC area.
