About Me
Although born in Johannesburg, South Africa, Daron Keet is a Los Angeles-based cinematographer. He has extensive experience shooting in exotic locations, particularly on the African continent.
Daron continually strives to support the director’s vision, enhance the actor’s performances, and tell stories through the use of deliberate and stylized visuals. His emphasis on visual mood is evident in the array of evocative styles he has brought to the various projects he has photographed.
His experience includes spherical and anamorphic 35mm, aerial, underwater, blue/green screen, CGI, remote hotheads, motion control, time-lapse, as well as experimenting with many film processing techniques.
