I love to paint, simply put.
It is paint''s organic nature that helps me to understand life.
For within the act of painting there is a history, a continuum of alchemy through the Ages that lives on in paint. And every time I paint, I touch it. But also within that history, I am given the opportunity of expression that helps me to create my own history.
It is here that I thrive. My paint is an expression of myself, an extension of what I am feeling at the time. We are never separate from the process. In all of my work, there is a part of myself. No matter if it''s a landscape, a portrait, or an abstract; I am lurking in the background.
