About Us
FilmShack, Inc. opened its doors in March of 2000 with the idea of creating a company to service independent filmmakers in the Boston area. As filmmakers we know how difficult it is to create films while being underfinanced. Having made films and sold them to companies like Miramax, Showtime, the Independent Film Channel, and the Starz network, we know the most challenging thing is how to create high quality media on limited budgets. So today we again say we are here to ''empower independents with the tools to create!''
