About Us

We at VTR Specialists, Inc have been working with the Audio/Video Production community and many other Industrial Companies over the past 25 years. Doug Solis, the principle owner of VTR Specialists, has always had a goal of simplifying the operation, maintenance, and protection of highly technical video equipment. With a wide range of experience servicing Northern California and Silicon Valley''s, top production, industrial, and sports clientele, we have identified and created solutions for many production needs. As a former Sony factory engineer, Doug developed the Video Tape Recorder expertise and specialization on Sony product that separates VTR Specialists from the vast amount of places offering similar equipment.
