International Fine Arts College

About Us

IFAC offers a comprehensive three-year Bachelor of Arts degree in Film. The program provides students with a strong foundation in producing, directing, script writing, editing, and lighting for film. Job opportunities include working in the industry as a producer, director, script writer, editor, gaffer, lighting or sound technician, or camera operator. Students write, direct, shoot, and edit the films, exposing them to all facets of the film making process. Students complete documentaries, short films, commercials, and music videos. By the end of the first year, they have a fairly extensive reel showing their talents and creative skills.

In addition to hands-on projects, students also learn theories and principles of film, studying in detail the work of film makers past and present. Skilled, industry-experienced faculty introduce them to all the equipment, computers, and software associated with modern film making.
