About Us

WGBH Boston has been making television since the 1950s, and we are PBS's leading producer of prime-time programs, from documentaries and educational programming to how-to and children's shows. We've also led the way among producers in creating companion Web sites, print publications, and teaching aids. Our library is always growing as we continue to catalog our vast archival collections, and as footage and other materials from current productions become available for licensing. We've recently added a collection of thousands of digitized photos and artwork images to our library.
