Manage staff including recruitment & annual performance appraisals. Responsible for creating and overseeing all volunteer workshops. Organize weekly staff meetings. Coordinate upcoming projects and delegate to staff. Produce and direct productions as needed. Edit projects and train volunteers and staff on Avid system as well as on tape system. Create graphics and animations for productions using Adobe Photoshop & After Effects and Pinnacle Deko500. Draft newspaper ads and press releases to promote programs and for community outreach. Research & recommend new technology, new ideas & policy changes to the Board of Directors. Approve payment of all bills for accounts payable. Write & edit quarterly newsletter. Drafted WCTV business plan. Produce annual operating budget.
