Topics include: In depth script analysis (the emotional event, value at stake, objectives, obstacles, etc), Directing actors (the 6 tools, what not to say, true listening and how to see it, etc), Translating the script to the screen (subtext and psychology and how to express them in cinematic form), Casting, Rehearsals, Selecting crew and Production.
