Horsetooth Productions

About Us

Horsetooth Productions is a non-profit educational organization that provides opportunities for local actors, crew, and writers to gain experience making independent films, TV, and theatre productions in Northern Colorado. To achieve our goals, we offer classes, workshops, and seminars, facilitate networking between local artists and technical specialists, and produce independent film, theatre, and television productions. Our long-term mission is to make Northern Colorado a destination of choice for national production companies. Recent classes include Basic Camera Acting, Intro to DV Film Production, Introduction to Voiceovers, and the Documentary Short Course. See our Web site for upcoming classes and events.

We also encourage networking among local area production companies by holding schmoozers and other special events. Future projects include a database of production resources in northern Colorado, an educational short film project, and a film festival.
