About Us

Now in its eleventh exciting year, the Florida Film Festival showcases the best American Independent and Foreign Films. As the Orlando filmmaking community has grown, so has the Festival, becoming one of the best respected regional film events in the southeast. In fact, in 2001 the Florida Film Festival was named one of the top 10 festivals in the world by festival guru Chris Gore in The Ultimate Film Festival Survival Guide, 2nd Edition.

This year, Orlando's premier cinematic event will take place from Friday, June 7 to Sunday, June 16...right after Cannes and leading into the Montreal World Festival. Welcome to the sultry days of summer - Florida style!
