ABOUT ASID
The American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) is a nonprofit professional society representing the interests of interior designers and the interior design community. The Society is lead by a volunteer board of directors that includes the Society''s president, president-elect, and immediate past president. Daily operations are carried out by a small staff housed in the Society''s headquarters in Washington, D.C.
ASID is not an interior design firm and does not employ interior designers on staff. ASID staff are neither qualified nor at liberty to answer questions about specific design projects.
ASID is the leading professional organization for interior designers with the largest residential and commercial membership. With more than 34,500 members, ASID establishes a common identity for professionals and businesses in the field of interior design.
