Install and maintain network work stations and printers as necessary. This includes network cabling, hardware and software applications, computer equipment and network functions. Provide help desk support, after hours emergency support and support as needed for special events. Create and manage use accounts (NDS) and e-mail accounts (Groupwise). BA and BS in computer science preferred. Knowledge of newsroom software applications a plus as well as knowledge of Novell Network 6.5 and TPC/IP.
